  I wish I had called Greg before I purchased my large apartment building.....I had it inspected by someone else who missed at least two things that have cost me aprox $20,000 post buying. Had I known, I would have negotiated a better buying price. Greg is extremely well educated and au courrant to codes and can recommend how to remedy situations inexpensively. He's fully equipped, professional, photographs issues in hard to get to spots, and knows of what he's tallking about. Call him before you buy and even as a source afterwards! I highly, highly recommend him!
